Long Drinks
VIENNTUS® x Makava®
- 4cl VIENNTUS® (use as much as you like)
- Makava®
- Fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
Just add ice to a glass, pour in VIENNTUS®, and top it off with Makava®. Finish with a few drops of fresh lime juice, and you’re all set for a refreshing experience.

Cocktails
Basil Smash
- 5cl VIENNTUS®
- 2cl lemon juice
- 2cl sugar syrup
- 4-5 medium-sized basil leaves
First put some ice cubes into the glass. Add VIENNTUS®, lemon juice, sugar syrup and basil leaves. Put everything into the shaker and start shaking. Strain the mix into a small glass or whiskey tumbler with fresh ice cubes. A single strain is enough if you don't mind the "basil flankers". In our opinion, it gives the cocktail a little more freshness and a unique look. If you want a clearer cocktail you can choose to do double strain.
Bitter Sweet Symphony
- 4cl VIENNTUS®
- 2cl amaretto liqueur
- 2cl coconut syrup
- 3-4cl lemon juice
Put ice cubes and all ingredients above into the shaker and mix it. Then pour everything into a whiskey tumbler glass and squeeze a few lemon drops into it. To make it look really fancy add some coconut sprinkles on top.
Martini
- 5cl VIENNTUS®
- 3cl Rose's lime juice
- Juice of one lime cut
- 1-2 slices of cucumber
Pre-chill the martini glass, shake the ingredients with ice cubes, strain straight up into the pre-cooled martini glass.
Mojito
- 6cl VIENNTUS®
- 4 pieces of lime (4 times 1/8 cuts, so exactly half a lime)
- 1.5 bar spoons of brown cane sugar
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves
- 2-3 fresh basil leaves
Mash the contents, fill with crushed ice and stir, then top up with a little crushed ice and a good dash of soda.
Sour Smash
- 4cl VIENNTUS®
- 2cl elder or lavender liqueur
- 1cl yuzu juice (citrus fruit)
- Sparkling Yuzu (with alcohol)
- Lavender bitter spray
- Cucumber, mint leaf, basil leaf (as decoration)
First put a piece of cucumber and 4 basil leaves into the mixer and squeeze them. Add the alcohol, yuzu juice and ice cubes. Shake it and double strain it. As a topping add yuzu sparkling and decorate the cocktail with a slice of cucumber, basil and mint leaves. Finish it off with a few lavender bitter sprays and voilà you created the perfect cocktail for every afternoon.
Summer Spritz
- 4cl VIENNTUS®
- 2cl Lillet
- 2cl elderflower syrup
- 2cl lemon juice
- Tonic as a filler
- A few basil leaves
Stir the contents in a Spritz-glass / red wine glass with ice cubes.
Vienna Mule
- 4 eighths of lime
- 6cl VIENNTUS®
- 1 slice of cucumber
- 3-4 basil leaves
- Fevertree Ginger Beer
Mash the contents, fill with ice & ginger beer and stir well.
Watermelon Smash
- 4cl VIENNTUS®
- 4cl crushed watermelon
- A handful of crushed basil
- 1.5cl elderflower syrup
- 2.5cl lime juice
A refreshing summer cocktail that combines the fresh flavors of watermelon and basil with the unique taste of the basil-mint liqueur VIENNTUS®.
This cocktail blends the sweetness of watermelon and elderflower syrup with the freshness of basil and lime. Simply crush the watermelon and basil in a shaker, add VIENNTUS®, elderflower syrup, and lime juice, shake, and serve over ice. A revitalizing drink, perfect for warm days or relaxing evenings.
